Rosemarie has been in the Real Estate and Mortgage business for upwards of 20 years. Already an accomplished and successful entrepreneur, she runs her own real estate brokerage, New America Realty, and a mortgage company, MD International Marketing Group, Inc. She knows the market in and out here on the Central Coast of California and is fully dedicated to her job. She is also a notary public making it a complete and full-service real estate company. Rose holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism/Communication and graduated with the prestigious honors of "Valedictorian" in her class.
Her goal is to make every mortgage transaction as easy as possible for every single client. Always willing to go the extra mile to find the right loan for each family, ensuring a smile is on their face afterward. In 2021, Rose faced another milestone in her long list of accomplishments as she faced an array of 18 equally business-minded and successful women in the Mrs. Philippines-Universe competition. She represented the Province of Aurora, won the Mrs. Pearl of the Orient 2021 title and will be representing the Philippines in the 2022 Mrs. Universe pageant to be held in South Korea in July 2022. She garnered the most votes in Vantle’s Mrs. Universe-Philippines poll and has been featured in several publications including Ganap International, Fashion Art Media, and Legacy One Luxury Magazine.

He has since moved to Orange County, CA in 2014 and has achieved a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting & Finance from California State University, Fullerton. Ray has been in the Real Estate/Mortgage industry ever since he was 18 years old, he holds a CA real estate salesperson license since 2018 and achieved his Mortgage Loan Officer license in 2019. Nadia was born and raised in Mexico City and moved to the US in 2005, hoping for a better future for herself. Moving to another country was one of the most challenging things she has done in her entire life, but the desire to grow personally and professionally was bigger than her fears. Her primary language is Spanish which allows her to offer her services to the Latin community who feel more comfortable communicating with lenders who speak Spanish.
She went to the University in Mexico City and majored in International Commerce. Upon moving to the United States, she started working in the mortgage industry and immediately fell in love with it. She knew this was the career for her!
Helping people achieve something they have dreamed of for so long gives Nadia great satisfaction and being a part of the undertaking makes her feel very fulfilled and proud. She has been in this business for 15 years now, starting as a Loan Officer Assistant, then later on as a Loan Processor, and finally as a Mortgage Loan Originator as of 2017.
